To benefit more to our customers we believe in FREE SHIPPING policy. In India , We deliver all orders free of cost at your doorstep .
International Shipping : Sorry, our free shipping offer does not apply to International orders. For International shipping our charges will be : Rs. 2000.00 ( 28$ approx) upto 1 kg parcel & For 1.2 kg-6 kg. Rs.4500.00 (68$) .
Cash on delivery charges :
There is no extra charge on Cash on Delivery orders. COD is not available for International orders.
How long does it take for an order to arrive?
The estimated time of delivery may differ from one location to another. For all areas serviced by reputed couriers the delivery time will be 3 to 7 business days. For other areas, orders will be sent by Registered Post through the Indian Postal Service which may take 1-2 weeks depending on the location. Business days exclude public holidays and weekends.
Delivery by ground takes a little longer than air couriers. Ground-shipped orders are delivered to you between 5-7 business days post-dispatch. Deliveries to very remote locations such as North East may take up to 7 business days or longer, depending on the location’s geographical constraints.
International orders are shipped via Indian Govt.Post which can take approximately 25-30 days for delivery.
However Scorlife Marketing is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within the given time frame from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation .
What if I the product is received in damaged condition?
If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care or email us at details given below- mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
Does scorlifemarketing deliver internationally ?
We do ship to Certain countries like USA , UK , Singapore & many more . However You are more than welcome to make your purchases on our website from anywhere in the world, but you will have to ensure that the delivery address is within India.
What about warranty and hidden costs (GST / Custom duties etc.)?
For domestic Purchases : There are no extra taxes, hidden costs or additional shipping charges. The price mentioned on the website is the final price. What you see is what you pay. Our prices are all inclusive. All taxes are included with the list prices.
However For International orders : Our prices do not include taxes and tariffs. Customers outside of India may be subject to customs fees and/or import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office or tax authority for information specific to your situation. Additionally you must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.
